The staff here were extremely friendly and the breakfast was quite good for the price.

The hotel was AMAZING, and clean, and the location was exceptionally nice and handy awake by what we think was a bakery underneath. Location: the venue was just off the city center, downtown and restaurants and supermarkets. Ludwigsvorstadt district was worth visiting.

The stuff were superbly friendly, breakfast was reasonably good and reasonable.

The beautifully maintained rooms here are great-sized and come with a big working fridge and oven, plus there's a prime location within walking distance to restaurants and pubs.

Fine hotel with ACCOMMODATING staff, has excellent location to the festival.

The rooms were huge, clean, and had great air conditioning. Even though the reception closes at 12pm, it didn't bother me at all. The location behind the active fruit market added a unique touch to the experience. The staff was helpful and the secure parking was a plus. I would definitely stay here again.

The reception staff were unprofessional and charged me extra for a night I didn't stay, despite my attempts to inform them.

We spent our Christmas in the city and the accommodation was great. We particularly liked the complimentary hot chocolate and cookies that were available in the lobby every evening. the location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk away from the main shopping area and Christmas markets.

We found the room to be quite loud, as we could clearly hear the street noise even with the windows closed. the water pressure in the shower was very weak.

Great location, safe area, spacious rooms, good kitchen facilities, close to train station, fruit market nearby.
